I spent the weekend at the beautiful Blue Mountain Resort in Collingwood (Ontario) to watch our 8 year old granddaughter Emma in a dance competition. From the sparkly makeup to the gorgeous costumes and the exciting dances she performed, it was a great time. Congratulations Emma on the special award for your tap solo.

Judith: What a beautiful little grandgirl. You must have been so proud. We gave our daughter dance lessons but as far as it went was, us getting so tired of trying to pry her hands off the brake pedals (literally) when we took her to practice. Needless to say we didn't have the beautiful little ballerina that we wanted. But, she turned out beautiful in so many other ways, I have totally forgiven her!..Happy Sunday..Judy

I loved going to my daughter's dance recitals when she was growing up...fun memories!
So cute! I love going to dance recitals. They really have come a long way since I participated. Her make-up is terrific. Hope that you took a movie or two as well!

Oh such fun with the grands. We will be visiting our next week-end for a senior ring presentation and to watch one in "Grease." Plenty of end of the school year activities.
