Looking through my photo files, the ones from Parkwood Estate reminded me of what a magnificent place this is. Located in Oshawa, Ontario and open to the public, it was the home of Samuel McLaughlin.

It certainly is a lovely place to visit ... used to live in Oshawa many years ago. We were in the city recently and it sure has changed.
